The location is great! It's very close to stores, the beach, local restaurants, and coastline attractions. the room had a TV, a microwave oven, and a fridge. Plus, being near the First Presbyterian Church was a bonus.

Great deal for the money. Small room, but very clean. Walls are very thin, but ok for just a night. No complaints for 50$

It was inexpensive, was newly redecorated, and clean.
The quality of the towels and coffee was poor, and the non-smoking room smelled a little like old stale cigarettes.

We truly enjoyed our amazingly comfortable and impressive rooms. the staff was welcoming. - the hotel was in an absolutely perfect and marvelous location, close enough to downtown, the beach, Otter Rock, and the Oregon Coast.

It was quiet and comfortable. No ocean view, but a few blocks away. We didn't mind, since the price was great.

An upgraded hotel, my first choice in Newport. Clean property with super-friendly staff from the young lady who made several trips to fix my TV to the manager. Convenient location on the outside stairway area, and 10 min walking distance to Nye Beach. Based near to restaurant that was n't as good as recommended, most things and many convenient stores.
